Five Vegetarian-Friendly Restaurants in New York City, Part 2

I recently posted about five vegetarian-friendly restaurants in New York City, and as I noted in that article, those are but a handful of the many vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the city. In this article, I’ll introduce you to five more.

Joseph Leonard

With its petite size and rustic interior, dining at Joseph Leonard is a cozy, homey experience. Their casual American fare is as pleasing to the taste buds as it is to the eyes.

Serving Middle Eastern food inspired by the chef’s familial ties to Lebanon, Syria, and New York City, Boutros is a culinary delight. While not exclusively vegetarian, their menu has plenty of meat-free options.

Jajaja Mexicana

Given that I didn’t include a bagel place in my previous list, I felt somewhat compelled to include one in this list, and what better place than Brooklyn Bagel and Coffee Company, which is consistently ranked as one of New York’s best bagel shops. Their bagels are simply divine.
